Shipping Information
Order Processing
We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
We offer two shipping methods to get your gear adventure-ready:
- Standard Shipping ($12.95) – via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
- Free Shipping – via EMS for orders over $50 (15-25 business days after dispatch)
Note: We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to customs processing.
Our Return Promise
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be:
- Unused and in original condition
- In original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Our Team – Email [email protected] within 15 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for Approval – We’ll respond within 12 hours (excluding weekends/holidays) with return instructions
- Pack Securely – Use original packaging when possible, as if preparing for a challenging trek
- Ship Back – Send to: EcoFind Store Returns, 3530 Ocello Street, San Diego, US 92111
- Track Your Return – We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your items
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service – trails can get confusing without markers!
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Timeline & Methods
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days may be needed for the refund to appear in your account
Exchange Process
For exchanges (subject to availability):
- Follow the standard return process above
- Include a note specifying your desired replacement item
- We’ll ship the new item once we process your return
- Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Bug Zappers & Mosquito Repellents (opened or used)
- First Aid products
- Health & Safety items
- Any item not in original condition
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your gear arrived damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Include photos of the issue
- We’ll cover return shipping and send replacements immediately
