Our Return Promise

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached – ready for another adventurer’s journey.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Our Adventure Support Team within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for Approval – We’ll respond within 12 hours (excluding major expedition periods) with return instructions.
  3. Pack Securely – Use original packaging when possible, like you’d prepare gear for a challenging trek.
  4. Ship Back – Send to: EcoFind Store Returns, 3530 Ocello Street, San Diego, US 92111
  5. Track Your Return – We’ll notify you once we receive and inspect your items.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service – trails can get confusing without markers.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refund Timeline & Methods

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Processing Time: 3-5 business days
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Bank Processing: Additional 5-10 business days may be needed for the refund to appear in your account

Exchange Process

For exchanges (subject to availability):

  1. Follow the standard return process above
  2. Include a note specifying your desired replacement item
  3. We’ll ship the new item once we process your return
  4. Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Bug Zappers & Mosquito Repellents (opened or used)
  • First Aid products
  • Health & Safety items
  • Any item not in original condition

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your gear arrived damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 3 days of delivery
  • Include photos of the issue
  • We’ll cover return shipping and send replacements immediately
